Caroline is a native of the U.K., who arrived in the USA in the early 80s. She has worked for many well-known beauty & fashion companies such as; CLARINS, PRADA, LANCOME, LANCASTER GROUP, CHANEL & ESTEE LAUDER in a variety of roles. Caroline has been fortunate to have a variety of industry experience in brand strategy, marketing, product development, education and training, sales, operations, finance, and general management.
Because of her great passion for beauty, in 2012 Caroline founded BeautyFluence LLC. She has provided marketing consulting services to established brands as well as start-up companies. Caroline has world-class experience and a proven track record for success in resolving business challenges and maximizing a brand's potential.
